The behavior is specified to do the following on an incoming call:
1) If not on a call: Notification will show - Accept: answers the call - Decline: the call should go to voicemail and ringer stopped 2) If on a call: Notification will show - Hold and Answer: put the current call on hold and answer the incoming call. There will be a UI then to switch between the active and the held call - End and Answer: and the current call and answer the incoming call - Decline: the incoming call should go to voicemail. We are actively working on this second use case..
