Hey, I'm at GUADEC, and there is an interesting project in development. Rig allows you to interactively design a user interface. Most interesting though, is it's device mode. This allows you to plug your phone in, and try out the interface on your phone while you're working with the interface. Sounds like a really great way to work on the UI.
