This pastebin has it all. If phablet-10.1 isn't found on the ubuntu server, github is searched for for the cm-10.1 branch, from the looks of this pastebin, it's not there... if you want to force something, set the ROOMSERVICE_BRANCHES env var as explained in the pastebin. There's not going to be any magic here though, any work to bring it up to be cm-10.1 friendly will have to be done.
