Hi Mr. Buenavista, My name is Jean Austin, a member of Ubuntu Forums. Thank you for your effort in bringing up a social media group in Facebook. Although I believe the one recognized by the local community is named "Ubuntu Team Philippines (Ubuntu-PH)" which currently has 800+ likes, which, however, is only a page and not a Facebook group.
