Atty Engracia raised a concern on how expensive it will be to have a mobile testing center, if the same specifications with the TESDA main office will be followed. TESDA waiting for proposal from ZCAPTI and other organizations in holding NTTC training (6 modules) Suggestion by TESDA R9 is to hold it every Fridays and Saturdays.
