Yep, very true.
For most organizations and users, sticking to an LTS release is much
better in the long-run (and should be less of a headache too). LTS
users can upgrade straight to the next LTS release anyway (or do a fresh
install).
The rest, ie the geeks, they can join the 6-month cycle. For the devs,
they're always at alpha stage :p
