IIRC, the response wasn't encouraging since sub-groups *might* cause more harm than good since each group would have their own goal instead of a single unified objective. However, since we live in a country with very unique geographical features, I believe this setup may be beneficial the group with careful supervision. And I strongly support it! oh, and Scriptwarlock contacted me about a partnership with Ubuntu Users of Cebu (Cebuntu) a few days before I tendered my resignation.
