Hello guys, someone messed up the postrm configurationfile.

Proof:
apt-get install nsd3 && touch /etc/nsd3/nsd.conf && apt-get purge nsd3
Now try:
dpkg-statoverride --list
----> broken

Fix in postrm:
Delete user nsd after removing dpkg-statoverride entries.

There are much more bugs in the maintainer scripts of package nsd3.
For example if no /etc/nsd3/nsd.conf exist, it wont uninstall.

But this one is urgent because it breaks all packages which relies on dpkg-statoverride.
