If it is already packaged, you could upload it to REVU (revu.ubuntuwire.com) to have it reviewed and potentially sponsored and uploaded into Ubuntu (or into Debian) If it hasn't been packaged yet, I'd be happy to take care of it and get it uploaded into Debian and Ubuntu.
