Hi, you should visit a german speaking support forum or irc channel. I would recommend http://www.ubuntuusers.de or especially for Kubuntu problems http://www.kubuntu-de.org. IRC channels are #ubuntu-de and #kubuntu-de. This list isn't really for support.
