Hi everyone, At very beginning I'd like to say I am still only a ubuntu user and want to bring tor back to ubuntu repository. So I mail here and want somebody can make a decision to how to make it come true.

Comments welcomed and wants to have a decision as described on the top, :) Some people on IRC have talked with me and with their help I've prepared something.
