The same happens here on amd64 in 8.10 with 1.1-2. It's interesting to
see that the tests failing are all about the binary datatype (from
test/README):
The problems tested are
0: Binary datatype
1: Integer datatype
2: Character datatype
3: Real datatype
4: Binary datatype using PGAGetRealFrom*
The same happens on i386.
I just checked the homepage of PGAPack and would suggest you get in
