Hey guys, I've just switched from Xen and discovered the wonders of KVM and especially libvirt. I just tried to move a few customers over to the libvirt setup (KVM works fine) and to my horror libvirt (or at least the version in Hardy) doesn't have the facility to specify a network card model in a configuration file.
Up until recently I know KVM only supported this realtek default, I also note that redhat changed their copy of KVM's default network card to e1000 recently. Since e1000 is probably more widely supported - is there any chance we can do the same? I'd really enjoy it, as i'm currently stuck running customers with no adequate management interface - moving them under libvirt will remedy this, but i need to be able to specify the e1000 drivers first! Thanks in advance, Henri -- Ubuntu-motu mailing list [email protected] Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-motu
