In the MOTU meeting we had an hour ago, we decided to work on the process in the wiki, but we collected a couple of ideas, which you can find at: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/Processes/SRU - I urge you all to participate and add your worries and ideas to the wiki page and please try to read the document on the process for main before.
