Many thanks to those that have helped from the Web Presence team & the
California team.  A solution has been provided that will work with our
beloved wiki as well as facebook.  Stas Sușcov's semi-official
application was announced

and is deployed so that these links will work for wiki pages that want
to display the last days of our countdown:
