Hi all,

I don't know whether this has been discussed already previously and I
don't want to start up a new debate on leadership. It's just that I have
trouble following up on all the mails that are sent on this list. So I
just wondered whether it would not be easier to create something like
sub-mailinglists, for example one for those who would like to help
organise a repository, one for the creative ones, one for spreadubuntu,
one for general marketing strategy.

Personally - but this may be different for others - I think I'd be more
motivated to help if I can really focus (and follow up) on one or a few
projects without too many other mails and discussions going on. I'd
prefer working in a small team than in a too big one.

Just some thoughts.

Simon

PS: I guess I have to admit, that this is also linked to all the
discussion on structure and leadership that I consider as important, but
in which I'm not very interested. Actually I would like to work on a
Release Party Guide and it would be great if we could build up a little
team around that.
