Cool. I'd like to suggest/comment on some things.

    * Use the same bitrate for the ogg/mp3. Vorbis will always sound
      better at lower bitrates and will be smaller than the mp3. I fear
      the increased size of the ogg will have people downloading the
      .mp3 more. Providing the mp3 is fine. I'd like to show how free
      software formats are better in many ways.
    * Keep the tagging consistent between the 2. The .ogg has no tags.
    * The "Comment" field is a series of numbers in some tag editors for
      the .mp3.
    * Name the files "FCP-S01E01.*" <- Lets you know-at-a-glance what
      season/episode you're looking at.

    * Maybe embed a Full Circle logo in the file as well. I'll throw up
      an example file if you like.
