Yes, that's a whole different thing: real world use cases of FOSS in Public Administrations, whatever that FOSS is. Personally, I believe that the first thing FOSS supporters should focus on in this particular moment is to "Just say no to OpenXML" ( http://www.linuxjournal.com/article/9594#mpart8 ), as it's a much more urgent issue, but balanced generic pro-FOSS campaigns don't hurt, of course.
