Hello. I'll make this quick and to the point. I'm sorry if ubuntu-marketing isn't the right place for this email: in that case, please forward it to the correct instance.
>From my experience, Ubuntu.com looks a bit weird in - at least - IE6 (I don't know about IE7, but I've heard that it uses the same rendering engine as the one in IE6). Since we are trying to "sell" an alternative product, we'll have to make sure that people using "competing" systems and browsers can reach us so we can win them over. So, could the code be looked over so that it is presentable even on MS-products? Things (from the top of my head) that is a bit "damaged" (you can probably spot some more): * PNG-transparency. * Some images overlapping text. * Div-tag positioning/size-errors. Some pages I noted it on (but I'm sure there is more): * http://www.ubuntu.com/ * http://www.ubuntu.com/products/WhatIsUbuntu/desktopedition I'm sorry about the sparse information, but I do not have any Windows-computer available at the moment. Can you spot any errors (that haven't been mentioned)? Who should be contacted about this issue?
