Time is a constraint but if there is a good case where more than 1000 computers are replaced/installed with Ubuntu by any government insitution or public sector enterprise in India (or even China) we can try to engage a group of creative folks to put together the video. The scale of the operations and the reputation of the institution matters as in the case of the reference video for Suse Linux.
