How about http://www.ubuntuvideo.com/ ? If you work with this existing resource, then you will avoid having two sites with the same purpose, you won't need to reinvent any wheels with setting up the site, and (shock horror) you'll be able to focus on actually getting things done and making videos. > Then we could do with a logo I guess.
