Ext4 was not dropped from Feisty. It is an experimental filesystem which was never part of Feisty in the first place; its authors recommend against using it for purposes other than development. Something similar happened with the compiz announcement, where in Issue #30 the headline was "No Beryl or Compiz for Feisty" when in fact Feisty brings great improvements in this area: compiz is installed by default and easier than ever to enable. I like the fact that UWN is informal and lightweight in its processes; it's perhaps the only way to keep pace with events in the project and in the community. However, I'm concerned about the effect of misleading headlines, especially when they are reprinted in publications which are read by people who don't follow project events first-hand.
