In an effort to get UWN back on track, I would like to propose a quick wrap up of the current one (whatever is there, is there, the rest will go on UWN 31), and release UWN #31 on sunday. That way we can make the UWN a "weekly" newsletter again. It might have to be a bit shorter until more people get on board, or some of the old editors come back, but at least we can keep it running.
