hmm...... only 23 memberships will never expire whilst 31 still have expiration dates out of the 54 active members shown here : https://launchpad.net/people/ubuntu-marketing/+members Since you have admin priviledges, "edit each member individually", in Subscription expires choose "never" > click change.
