John did an amazing job working out the Charter information. It contains the most usefull information I have really seen to date, and could possibly be edited to contain future projects. OUTSTANDING!!! This is exactly the type of things I am used to seeing in a marketing department. Meeting on the 17th, I am always open, no matter the date, nor time.
