I never expected this from them. Most of the publishers in Chennai, India also have the same fear of printing creative commons licensed ebooks.
Though we explain, they think that people won't buy printed books when the same content is available for free online. We have to talk to them continuously to explain the business opportunity in this. Thanks for your nice reply to them. Let us hope they agree.
