Is it going to be transferred? It is now on it's 15th edit https://wiki.ubuntu.com/phillw/temp_Manual?action=info So people have really made an effort on it. As always, it is the final push to get such new works into a traditionally conservative area. The editors of that sandbox area have done what they feel is correct, maybe others would like to fine tune it before putting it to a vote? Regards, Phill.
