Hi, with the greatest respect, meeting times are usually issued in UTC/GMT with a link to convert to local time... That is why we have UTC.
I have no idea of USA Oregan Time, nor Pacific Time (with the GMT -07:00) really means. I've done these conversions for meetings sooooo many wrong in the past, that we just agree "the meeting is at xx:yy UTC, now go figure it out" An easy way for this is to use timeworld link, heck... it even keeps up with daylight saving time :) Here is one link, that we use for our meetings on lubuntu. http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?iso=20130723T20&p1=1440 It shows quite clearly on the wiki page .. https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/IRC%20Meetings/Agenda#Time I hope that helps, I'm one of the admins for lubuntu - please do not shout at me when I try to help on the areas I know of :) Regards, Phill.
