I'm probably being overly picky, but here are my opinions on the survey questions (please, take them with a grain of salt).
Instead of "evaluate", maybe use "rate"? In Question 2 > 2. How would you evaluate "Working with Ubuntu" sections ? > Should it be 2. How would you evaluate the "Working with Ubuntu" sections ? or 2. How would you rate the "Working with Ubuntu" sections ? And for the final question, you might want to clarify whether 1 is extremely good, or 1 is extremely bad. Otherwise people won't know what to rate it if they really liked or hated it. You'll end up with a lot of 2 and 3's.
