What would be a good chapter? Well, it doesn't have to be mentioned in the manual, but if it is, I would place it as a margin note on the first page of "The Ubuntu Desktop" (currently on page 21 of the manual).
Perhaps next to the "Unity" subheading, something like, "You may find a Unity quick-reference poster useful", along with the link. Unfortunately, the Spreadubuntu poster is not up-to-date: http://spreadubuntu.org/en/material/brochure/1204-poster Would putting the poster into the Ubuntu Software Centre be a better idea?
