Yes, I like this idea and would be glad to see our manual in the Software Center. One small issue I see. If you try to install one full circle magazine, you have to "buy" it for 0 $. This means you need a Ubuntu Single Sign Account to start the installation. And this would be perhaps a barrier for newbies who are interested in the manual. In my point of view it would be better to have the manual in the complete free section so that you have only a "install" button for more usability.
