Hello,
you can see here [1] the current status of the manual and also the
section that need conversion. I can't share the UbuntuOne folder to many
people so if you are interested to convert a section to latex let me
know so i can send you either an invitation for the folder or the docs
with screenshots.
@Andrew: Do you want to translate Microblogging section ?
Other available sections are the Browsing the web (firefox) and the
"Getting online".
