Hello all, happy new year ! Kevin uploaded the latest revision of the manual to [1], and maybe the last... then the official release comes out !
Index and glossary need a little work and that's all ! So you can highlight words and phrases that should be defined in the glossary or added to the index (as Kevin wrote on title page). Also it would be good if someone 'll check the indentation of the paragraphs throughout the book. Let's all do something -even a comment counts- so the manual will be out ASAP !
