[Ubuntu-manual] marginnote in red

In my ubuntu-manual.pdf (made from last revision, #134), in 
Software-management, section Managing the official repositories, the 
marginnote beginning with "Closed-source packages" is in red because it 
is wrongly linked to the index. I have moved the marginnote up a few 
lines and now the link is gone, but I do not like the current position. 
Anyone who can solve this?
