Although I am merely an editor/translator, I hope I can participate in
trying to revive the manual for the versions to come. If there is
another meeting, I will attend. But do not expect too much input from me
as yet, since I am new here.

The project's main problem regard it's structure and function. I think
next meeting's agenda should regard team's structure and function, we
