[Ubuntu-manual] Adding text to manual (translation)

In chapter Installation > Ordering a free CD  it is described how to get 
a free CD:
Simply visit \\url{http://shipit.ubuntu.com} to request your free Ubuntu 
Desktop Edition \\acronym{CD}." In Holland and Belgium there is a 
quicker way; you can look for addresses of people nearby where you can 
collect the cd yourself.
Is it allowed for me as a translator to add this specific information to 
the string?
