Someone commented, in DistroWatch or somewhere, that the EU has just made
public declarations in support of OpenSource but i forgot to bookmark it. Does
anyone have a good link to anything proving this or did i dream it?
Also if the EU is supporting OpenSource does anyone know of anywhere offering
courses such as ECDL based on non-MicroSquish products? Ideally internet
courses using Moodle but links to any providers using pretty much any method of
training would be well received.
Many apologies if these lists are not the appropriate place to ask but you seem
likely to know such issues and people here are usually surprisingly helpful.
