Bug description:
Currently, on page 3, the license is linked to in the sentence "To view a copy
of this license, see Appendix A". However, only "A" is linked.
I recommend changing so that the entire phrase "Appendix A" is a link, to make
the clickable link target larger (see Fitt's Law)
