Ummm, ou moito me equivoco ou iso significa só que nos meteron no grupo de 
Launchpad de "Ubuntu Local Community Teams" (locoteams). Para ser un LoCo 
oficial, hai que encher a solicitude [1], apuntarse [2],  e asistir a unha 
reunión do "LoCo Council" [3] para que revisen a solicitude e a aproben ou 
deneguen.
