For domain I started with answerable since a friend is their reseller. And I am not disappointed with their offerings at all. Even after changing to bigrock.in they have been as good. Hosting I took from same friend, he runs expertrio.com. I maybe plugging for my friend but you can look up the reviews received by them. And since I am a happy customer, I haven't bothered to look elsewhere except for my VPS as they didn't have anything like what I was looking for.
