Here are my thoughts: 1)The theme looks alright but IMHO, the layout is not really efficient. Finding content can be a bit of a problem. Also, it is not evident form the home page, what Ubuntu is and why it has a Local Community.
2) As for the logo, there have been some new ideas at http://ubuntu-in.wikia.com/wiki/The_Ubuntu_logo I suggest we have a poll or something to decide on one. 3) I'm not sure what is being planned for the forums and the wiki, but I strongly recommend integration with Launchpad for the sake of logging in.
