I know this may sound very strange(and probably window-ish too ;) ) but 
try this. It worked for me twice in the past.

Access your wireless router/modem as admin(from windows or other 
installation, if required), I am sure there will be a web interface for 
it. Do not change any settings(as they are correct and working with 
other installation) but save the settings as they are and allow router 
to reboot.

After doing this it should work. It worked for me twice. I do not know 
what can be the problem, probably router cache??

Give it a try and hopefully your problem will be solved.
