the whole problem may have been diagnosed wrong (because of it being on Wince OS) however why not paste the text in Ubuntu and choose Lohit Kannada and see if your problem gets solved, if after that you need to use a particular font then try putting the fonts in Ubuntu ram -- ubuntu-in mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-in
