When I used to use Konqueror browser in my KDE dayz(2002/2003),
Konqueror used to have a configuration to con the browser
identification. You could set the browser to be identified as IE. I
do not remember whether it used to work or not but you can give it a
try.

Not sure how to do for firefox. May be there is an addon that cons the
identity of firefox as IE or soemthing similar
