In my initial letter I explained that gparted is refusing to shrink the partition. This is the whole problem I am facing. Gparted says it has found 1 or more bad sectors in the hard drive, due to which it refuses to shrink the partition. Please kindly review the initial letter, and I think the whole situation will be clear. Thanks, Swarup -- ubuntu-in mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-in
