Hi,

I use D-Link 502T ADSL (service provider BSNL) to connect to internet. This
modem stores the username and password in itself and hence i do not have to
type it again and again... all i have to do is switch it on and my internet
starts working (in windows)!!

I have already opened the modem configuration window by typing 192.168.1.1 in
the browser and set the options using the wizard and keyed my userid and pwd...
however im still unable to connect... the same thing works from windows just
fine!!!!

I'm new to Ubuntu and don't know how to make it work in Ubuntu... any
suggestions?
Thanks
