blueprint goal. Needed binary packages are libtest-subcalls-perl.

3. Security: No CVEs

4. QA: no bugs in Debian, no bugs in Ubuntu. Upstream: 
http://search.cpan.org/dist/Test-SubCalls/

6. Dependencies: all, except one in main. MIR for libhook-lexwrap-perl is bug 
#515985

7. Standards: one lintian warning (W: libtest-subcalls-perl source: 
versioned-dependency-satisfied-by-perl build-depends-indep: libpod-simple-perl 
(>= 3.07)). Package is packaged with debhelper and has no patches.

8. Maintenance: simple package, syncs should be enough. Note: current version 
in lucid and debian is first package release.

9. Background information: this package is one of dependencies for new cluster
