Θα μπορουσατε να μου πειτε σε ποιο τμημα της πληροφορικης της eurobank απευθυνθηκατε? Πιθανολογω ότι δεν πρεπει να ηταν ΙΤ department αλλα πιθανον καποιο τμημα παροχης βοηθειας που δεν εχει την εξιδικευμενη γνωση που χρειαζεται.
