Is there any way we can get an updated set of packages for Evolution for 16.10? I see that Evo 3.22.2 is available for Zesty but we still have 3.22.1 for Yakkety. I've also looked at the GNOME 3 Staging PPA and there's nothing newer for Evolution there either.
