I really think we should just use that (ubuntu.slack.com) so that anyone on the Ubuntu instance can find and join us. Admittedly that is not many yet, partly due to the invite situation, but it could be useful as it grows. We don't use a seperate IRC server or a seperate wiki, so why a seperate slack? > > If you wish to be invited, you need to send me an email ID so that I could > send the invite. > > However, please DO NOT send me anything at the moment. You don't need @ubuntu.com > <http://ubuntu.com> to be there. Any working email will do the needful. I think you are confused here, you don't need an ubuntu.com email for ubuntu.slack.com, you can invite users with any email. However having an ubuntu.com email address allows you to bypass the invite process.
Also we are not limited to 1 channel, we can make more if needed, as many as you like! > > > -- > Remember: "All of us are smarter than any one of us." > > Best Regards, > Ali/amjjawad <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/amjjawad> > > > -- Ubuntu-GNOME mailing list Ubuntu-GNOME@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-gnome
